It was established under commercial registration number 58088 under Egyptian law and is a branch of MKCL Arabia Limited in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It was established under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under commercial registration number 1010243561 dated 01/21/1429. MKCL Arabia Limited is a joint venture between the International Company for Education and E-Learning ICEEL in Saudi Arabia and Maharashtra Knowledge Company MKCL in India. It provides digital services and solutions in the field of e-learning and training under the supervision of the Ministry of Education in India with the aim of training in information technology and digital literacy.
